Located in a secluded setting within the Virgin Islands National Park, the home faces west offering amazing sunsets over St Thomas. At only 150 feet in elevation its just a short walk to one of St John’s finest beaches.

On a Clear Day features a 50 foot lap pool, workout gym, air conditioning, solar power and a whole house battery bank. A diesel generator provides an additional layer of backup power.

Rose Island is a beautiful one bedroom; one and a half bath villa located just a short walk from Johnsons Bay. The villa occupies the entire top floor of the home and features a spacious wraparound deck surrounded by tropical trees just steps from the beach.
